1. Who we are

HUMNX LIMITED ("we", "us") operates genie help — the operating system for commerce. We are headquartered in Accra, Ghana.

2. What we collect

Account identity (name, phone, email), transaction history within the OS, device and session metadata for security, and content you choose to publish (catalogue, posts, chats with merchants).

3. Why we collect it

To operate the OS, process payments, prevent fraud, surface relevant local businesses, and improve features. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Your data is yours

You may export your data, request deletion, or withdraw consent at any point. Sellers retain full ownership of their catalogue, customer relationships, and statements.

5. Security

JWT authentication, AES-256 PIN encryption, bcrypt password hashing, HMAC-SHA256 signed webhooks, Helmet security headers, and rate limiting at both the gateway and application layers.

6. Cookies

We use first-party cookies essential to authentication and session continuity. Analytics is privacy-respecting and aggregate-only.
