Terms of use.

The agreement between you and HUMNX LIMITED when you use genie help.

1. The service

genie help is an operating system for commerce operated by HUMNX LIMITED. By using it, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a contract, or have parental consent.

3. Buyers

Use of the OS is free. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and transaction PIN.

4. Sellers and businesses

First month free; thereafter 4 Q Points per staff seat per month. Zero commission on sales. Cancel anytime; data export remains available.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal goods, no fraud, no harassment. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Liability

The OS is provided as-is. Our liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding three months, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

We may revise these terms. Material changes are communicated in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
